Complete information on shipping, payment and production conditions for goods to the customer can be found in the ordering system www.outdoorkwak.cz. There are several options to receive, pay for or manufacture your goods after purchase. These terms and conditions apply to retail stores only.

Personal pick up - you can pick up your goods in person

Personal pick up can be done at our KWAK workshop or at our office, addresses are listed in the Contacts section or also here.
We will inform you promptly about the product's readiness for pick-up by e-mail or by the phone number provided when placing your order.
Personal pick up is possible only after prior order and agreement.
In case of personal pick up, you can of course pay for the goods upon receipt in cash or by bank transfer in advance or via a payment terminal with credit cards VISA, MasterCard and others.

Parcel to the Packing House - we send goods via shipping companies

The goods will be delivered within 2 working days (if in stock). On public holidays and working days the delivery time does not expire.
Cannot be sent to - Slovakia, EU, non-EU, World.
Before the goods will be shipped, you will receive an information email (provided at the time of order creation).
You can pay for the goods by bank transfer in advance or by cash on delivery or by credit card according to the carrier's option.
Delivery is provided by the forwarding company Czech Post.
Czech Post shipping is up to a maximum of 50 kg. Heavier shipments cannot be delivered by this method of transport.
For orders up to 15.000,- CZK we charge 95,- CZK (incl. delivery tax and VAT)

The goods will be delivered within 2 working days (if in stock) to your apartment (behind the 1st lockable door). On public holidays and working days the delivery time does not expire.

The delivery time between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic (or Slovakia/Czech Republic) is 48 hours and is calculated from 18:00 on the working day of receipt of the parcel.
Before the goods will be shipped, you will receive an information email (provided at the time of order creation).
You can pay for the goods by bank transfer in advance or by cash on delivery or by credit card according to the carrier's option.
Delivery is provided by the forwarding company Czech Post.
Czech Post shipping is up to a maximum of 50 kg. Heavier shipments cannot be delivered by this method of transport.

EMS Czech Post International Transport - Express Mail Service

The goods will be delivered within 3-10 working days (depending on the destination country of delivery and if in stock) to your apartment (behind the 1st lockable door) or it will be required for the package to go through customs in the specific country. On public holidays and working days the delivery time does not expire.
The delivery time between the Czech Republic and the European Union is 2-5 days (depending on the country).
The delivery time between the Czech Republic and the rest of the world is 3-10 days (depending on the country and the need for customs clearance).
Before the goods will be shipped, you will receive an information email (provided at the time of order creation).
You can pay for the goods only by bank transfer in advance IBAN / BIC (SWIFT).
Delivery is provided by the forwarding company Czech Post and the state post of the specific country.
Czech Post shipping is up to a maximum of 30 kg. Heavier shipments cannot be delivered by this method of transport.
EU - For orders up to 15.000,- CZK we charge 525,- CZK incl. VAT (but without the customs fees in the given country)

GLS e-Package - we send goods via shipping companies

The goods will be delivered within 2 working days (if in stock) to your apartment (behind the 1st lockable door). On public holidays and working days the delivery time does not expire.
The delivery time between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic (or Slovakia/Czech Republic) is 48 hours and is calculated from 18:00 on the working day of receipt of the parcel.

You can pay the goods by bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery or credit card or for EU and non-EU bank transfer in advance IBAN/BIC (SWIFT).
The delivery is provided by the forwarding company PPL.
Přepravné PPL je maximálně do 40 kg. Heavier shipments cannot be delivered by this method of transport.

World - For orders up to 15.000,- CZK we charge 1 125,- CZK incl. VAT (but without the customs fees in the given country)
For orders over 15.000,- CZK - FREE SHIPPING (but without the customs fees in the given country)

Order processes and make-to-order production

A. If the goods are going into production (out of stock), we will inform you by phone or e-mail about the delivery date and we will specify all the details before the production starts.

B. If the goods go into made-to-order production (according to the customer's specific requests), everything will be dealt with individually according to the customer's requirements and wishes. The time scale of the overall production is to be approved by the customer before the actual start of production. Afterwards, the customer will be informed by phone or e-mail about the delivery date or personal pick up of the product.

C. If the goods are in stock, we try to process your order as soon as possible. However, if dispatch is overloaded, it is not possible to send the goods within 24 hours:

The day the order is received
The day the order is processed
The day goods are dispatched
The day the package is delivered by the shipping company

The shipment includes a tax receipt, delivery note, product instructions and a return form for unused goods within 14 days. Before taking delivery of the goods, please check if the packaging and the product are intact (for a package by Czech Post, only a packaging check is possible), in case of any irregularities, do not accept the goods. It is not possible to check the functionality of the product on the spot.

Complaint due to mechanical damage from transport: the customer is obliged to check the packaging of the parcel and only accept it if it is not damaged in any way. Otherwise, it is necessary to write a damage report with the driver or refuse the shipment. Mechanical damage to the product in intact packaging must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. Subsequent complaints of this nature will be disregarded in view of the carrier's claims policy.

Methods of payment

Payment on delivery - when picking up the goods from the driver of the transport company or postal carrier, you pay in cash or by credit card according to the carrier's option.
Payment by bank transfer - you can pay the order by bank transfer in advance to our Raiffeisenbank (CZ currency) 203086/5500 and Raiffeisenbank (EUR currency) IBAN: CZ1955000000000000203086, BIC (SWIFT): RZBCCZPP
Online payment - you can pay your order online by card or online bank transfer within the secure ComGate payment gateway system with SSL certification.
Payment in cash- when you pick up your goods in person at KWAK workshop or our company office, you will pay in cash upon pick up.
Payment by card via terminal - when picking up goods in person at KWAK workshop or our company office, you pay by card via an online terminal within the secure SumUP system.
