Nanotechnology and KWAK
Vapor permeability
Ret 3 Pa.m2.W-1
MVTR 40 000 g/m2/24 hours
Extreme water resistance
Water column height 12 000 mm / 1 dm2
Breathability - windproofness
99,3% - 0,129 mm.s-1 0,025 cfm
Hydrophobic and oleophobic surface treatment
DWR C6 highest class - lotus effect water, oil, fluorocarbon (PFC-no free)
Ret - measures the resistance that is given to water vapor.
MVTR - measures water vapor permeability.
These two quantities express opposite values when measured.
XOL is an antibacterial thin trekking sock, containing a special four-channel water-repellent COOLMAX polyester fibre, which wicks body moisture away from the skin very quickly, thus increasing performance and comfort during sport or walking. The sock contains X-STATIC - silver fiber material at the tip, foot and heel, which continuously releases silver ions when worn, thus eliminating bacteria. The foot is made up of a double layer smooth knit for a perfect fit on the foot.
Material:
- 70% Coolmax
- 13% polyamide
- 10% X-static
- 7% Lycra
